About Me
I have been a professional therapist, offering a variety of body therapies, for over 30 years. At 18, I enrolled on a beauty therapy training course, drawn by the glamour of becoming a make-up artist.
At the time, aesthetician training included Swedish massage, and once qualified, I discovered that of all the treatments, I found giving massage the most rewarding.
Clients were better able to manage their stress levels through regular massage and this inspired me to add to my skills by training and qualifying in aromatherapy and reflexology, which I practiced for many years.

During a stressful period of my life, I tried craniosacral therapy for the first time. I found it incredibly relaxing and unlike any body work I had experienced in the past. I was surprised at how a very light touch was able to facilitate a feeling of such calm presence.
Inspired to share the benefits of this therapy with others, I enrolled on a practitioner training course. I qualified in 2017 and have been practicing CST in my private practice since. A true devotee of craniosacral therapy, I find it fascinating and deeply rewarding to be able to work with a therapy that treats the whole person, using a combination of the body’s own subtle self-healing forces whilst being firmly rooted in, and informed by, anatomy, physiology, and neuroscience. |
