Whilst talking to Dawn about craniosacral therapy ( which I knew nothing about) I decided to book a session to 'see what happens'. I immediately felt totally safe in Dawns hands and as I trusted her more, both my mind and body clearly responded.  At the end of the session, I felt a pleasant tiredness and calmness. Although, I didn't have the best night's sleep that night, the following day, my body felt stronger, open and free. I now have regular sessions to keep me balanced and in touch with my body. Thank you, Dawn, for your magic touch.
